This engaging session will introduce the powerful 4:1 strategy — a simple yet effective way to promote positive behavior by reinforcing positives four times more often than correcting missteps. You’ll also get a brief but impactful overview of our "Unified Against Hate" Campaign — a districtwide initiative to educate and empower students, families, and staff from TK through 12th grade. Learn how we’re working together to build inclusive, respectful, safe schools for all, and a true sense of belonging for every student.
